1. INTRODUCTION
Hi, my name is Patricia. I am a Great Grandmother living in Canada. I worked as an "Advisor" and "spokesperson" in regard to patented and successful products such as Thermospacer™, Waferboard Corp. Splintex™, Acronym™, and SkrAtch™
Unfortunately, in 2021, I was declared disabled as a result of an Aphasic stroke which left me almost unable to speak, but my mind remains clear.
In 2023, due to my new condition, I chose to utilize my skills to co-found ProjectVoice™. The goal of this organization is to provide assistance and a voice for the elderly through charitable efforts.

4. Patricia's Story 1957 - 2023
Patricia worked as an "Advisor" and media spokesperson for successful projects. However, due to her Aphasic stroke, she can no longer speak well, although she can still think clearly at her age. As a result, she longer continues in her previous roles.
It is alleged that Patricia's stroke was caused by the lack of care from the hospital, doctors, and nurses, as they did not treat or triage the elderly well Patricia says. Despite her reliance on their professional efforts to mitigate her issues, she was declared medically disabled in August 2021.
Despite her speech impairment, with the help of others, Patricia has turned her skills to co-founding ProjectVoice™, which aims to give the elderly help and a voice through charities.

"Giving the Elderly Help and a Voice through Charities"
Patricia alleges to have received subpar care during her hospital stay and we decided to take legal action. Our purpose is to support existing charities, and form a foundation to help other people, in particular the "elderly who need a voice"
We want to make a difference for other elderly patients who were struggling in hospitals. We know firsthand how difficult it was to get proper care and attention in a hospital, and we want to help others who may go through the same thing.
That's when we came up with the idea for "ProjectVoice™ " The project will provide a platform for elderly hospital patients to speak up and voice their concerns and needs. It will also provide resources and support through registered foundations and charities to help the Elderly get the care they need and deserve.
7. Purpose.
a) to support Charity and form a Foundation;
b) law firm alliance: 3 top international law firms, discussions in-progress August 2023;
c) employment of paralegals;

1. ProjectVoice Online, (O/A ProjectVoice™) was registered with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, April 20, 2023 in accordance with the Business Names Act, RSO 1990, c B.17. Ontario Corporation Number/Business Identification Number (OCN/BIN): 1000511651.
a) The purpose of ProjectVoice™ is to advance education and healthcare by providing counseling, identifying services, and facilitating access for stroke victims to receive a novel tangible charitable benefit.
b) The organization's charitable purpose category is to educate and support specifically Aphasic Stroke victims (patients who can think cognitively but have substantial inability to speak) through the interdisciplinary use of paralegals and accredited social workers with a minimum of an associate degree.
c) ProjectVoice™ intends to providing access to local, regional, provincial, national, and international services, and assisting eligible beneficiaries in completing and drafting necessary documents to access these services.
d) The organization's target group consists of Aphasic Stroke victims, who represent a significant segment of the population. The ultimate goal is to improve the well-being and quality of life of this vulnerable group.
e) Additionally, ProjectVoice™ intends to offer grants through colleges and universities to prospective Paralegals who are also willing to minor in Social Work, or vice versa. Social Workers who are willing to minor in an accredited Paralegal course as defined by the Law Society of Ontario.
2. The ProjectVoice™ Charity. Toward this end, ProjectVoice™ is in the process of incorporating a non-profit in Ontario as a charity, foundation, in accordance with the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010, S.O. 2010, c. 15.
3. Associations and Administration. Once the charity, foundation is registered ProjectVoice™ intends to register with CanadaGives https://www.canadagives.ca

5. SkrAtch™ Charity and Foundation. SkrAtch™ "The Line Extension" is planning to launch its Initial Coin Offering (ICO) in the first or second quarter of 2024, with the aim of raising funds for charitable goals and launching the retail product SkrAtch™ "The Line Extension" into 18 countries.
a) CanadaGives is considered an option for providing governance and assistance in dealing with charitable funds that are to be allocated or received during the ICO. See the SkrAtch™ Whitepaper for more information.
b) Additionally, CanadaGives could be expected to handle the charitable portions of the revenues anticipated to be produced from and during the initial coin offering (ICO) of the SkrAtch™ ICO in the next halving of Bitcoin, which is expected to occur in April or May of 2024.
c) The retail launch of SkrAtch™, the "Line Extension," is projected to follow as soon as possible after the closing of the ICO in the fourth quarter of 2024.
d) CanadaGives is a registered charity that takes on the burden of operating a foundation and ensures that all decisions adhere to the regulations of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
e) CanadaGives may provide various services to SkrAtch™, including administration and managing the Foundation, handling third-party grant requests, and issuing tax receipts while ensuring compliance with CRA policies. CanadaGives may provide full administration and reporting services to SkrAtch™, whether it is supporting a charity in Canada or overseas.
6. In Summary. SkrAtch™ planned an Initial Coin Offering in 2018 for the period 2020 - 2021 to be executed during the previous "Bitcoin" and "Alt Coin" Bull Run but the Principals were unable to action their plan due to circumstances beyond their control.
Therefore the Principals of this project are planning to proceed with the Initial Coin Offering (ICO) during the next Bull Run which is expected to be April or May 2024 with among many objectives to raise funds for charitable goals, (see the SkrAtch™ website)
CanadaGives is being considered to provide governance and assistance in managing the funds. Canada Gives is a registered charity that can handle various administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with CRA regulations.
They can also provide full administration and reporting services to SkrAtch™, whether it is supporting a charity in Canada or overseas. The Retail launch of SkrAtch™ the "Line Extension" is expected to follow soon after the closing of the ICO.
SkrAtch™ “The Line Extension” is positioned to launch into 18 foreign countries. CanadaGives provides services including administrative support internationally.
